These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products from wavywhisker (www.wavywhisker.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Orders and Fulfilment
All orders are processed and managed internally. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. We dispatch orders via international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive automated email notifications to your registered email address at key stages of the transit process to provide visibility on the movement of your order.
2. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Standard delivery is estimated to take between 5 to 10 working days. In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with wavywhisker until the goods are physically received by you or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier). If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at corrugated@wavywhisker.com so that we may initiate an inquiry with the relevant carrier and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
3. Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.
Exercising the Right: To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw via email at corrugated@wavywhisker.com.
Refunds: Upon the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will process a refund of the purchase price, excluding initial shipping costs where applicable, provided the items are returned to us in their original condition.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure our products reach you in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or contains a defect, please contact our support team at corrugated@wavywhisker.com as soon as possible.
Resolution: To facilitate a refund or a replacement, please provide photographic evidence of the damage. In instances where the defect is clearly documented via imagery, we may process a refund or issue a replacement without the requirement of returning the damaged item.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wavywhisker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the price paid for the specific goods in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For our European customers, mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence continue to apply where they offer a higher level of protection than those stated herein. Any disputes shall be resolved through correspondence with our support team in the first instance.
